The dispatch time for your item is 5 working days (Monday-Friday), unless this change is stated on the announcement at the top of my website, alongside this, it will be mentioned on my social media atleast a week in advance. This provides the time for your package to be sent out to you. If you have ordered a custom piece, the dispatch time may change slightly as the item will be made to order, if this is the case, this will be discussed when emailing with myself. Dispatch times may slightly vary when it is bank holidays or other holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Any time change in dispatch will be mentioned on my website as well as being mentioned on my social medias. 

Once your package has been sent out, it will take 2-3 working days and will be tracked standard delivery with Evri. This will allow you to track your item via a tracking code. 

If there are any problems with delivery, it is advised you get into contact with Evri Contact Service. Hopefully they will help you to resolve any issues.
